SUMMARY OF OUR BOOKING CONDITIONS:

A deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking payable by a Credit or Debit Card which is valid at the time of the holiday. The balance is due four weeks before arrival.

A standard £150 damage deposit will be included in the total cost to cover any damage or breakages or any extra cleaning needed above and beyond what is reasonably expected. All damages and breakages must be paid for. This will be refunded in full two weeks after the holiday if the cottage is left in the condition in which it is found. We would urge visitors to notify us immediately of any breakages or damage.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. We will endeavour to obtain a replacement booking, but if this is not possible, the full amount will become due.

Check-in is after 3pm and departure by 10am please.
